Security Manager (m/f/d)

As Security Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of the security concept at the SEFE GmbH site in Berlin in accordance with the SEFE Group's Global Security Guidelines. This includes the coordination of a security service provider, the creation and updating of service instructions as well as ensuring the use of security technology (video surveillance, access control, EMA). Other tasks include the preparation of security-related information for employees, risk analyses, security inspections and the approval of security-related aspects at internal events.

What you will do:

Responsible for implementing and optimizing the security concept at the SEFE GmbH site in Berlin within the framework of the SEFE Group's Global Security Guidelines
Design and optimization of processes with regard to building security and access security at the SEFE GmbH site in Berlin
Commissioning and coordinating a security service provider to guard the building and support access control
Creating and updating work/service instructions for the security service
Responsible for the optimal and trouble-free use of the existing security technology (video surveillance, access control system, EMA)
Creating and updating security-relevant information and behavioral instructions for employees
Creation of risk analyses within the framework of defined scenarios
Carrying out security inspections and acceptance tests in advance of planned internal events

What you will bring:

Completed master's or bachelor's degree in security management or security technology, or alternatively master craftsman for protection and security or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as a security manager or security specialist
Structured and independent way of working, high level of self-motivation and communication skills
Experience in managing security personnel
Experience in dealing with technical service providers in the field of security technology
High self-motivation and the ability to prioritize and deal with conflicting demands in a busy commercial organization.
Experience of monitoring deadlines and performance metrics, always in line with contractual standards.
Strong communication skills at all levels
Good language skills in German and English written and spoken
